Anyone can do Pilates. Pilates works your entire body, focusing on your core muscles; what Joseph Pilates called the “powerhouse” of the body. Pilates improves posture, strength, flexibility, stability, and balance. In doing so, it can also help to reduce the risk or injury. If you have specific goals or challenges, or just prefer that your workout is focused on you, customized workouts are best accomplished in a private 1 hour (55 minute) setting, or sharing a session with a partner in a Duet.
Single Private (55 min) hour: $100.

Small group classes are a great way to experience a total-body workout while sharing the cost and the fun with others. If you do not have prior Pilates experience, I strongly recommend that you have at least one private session prior to joining a class, in order to familiarize yourself with the exercises and the equipment. It will make it much easier to follow along with the pace of a class. Classes are a (55 min) hour.
Pilates Circuit Training is limited to 6 participants.

You do not have to be flexible to practice Yoga! Practicing Yoga will not only improve your flexibility, but also your balance and strength. Depending on your goals, experience, and preferences, your Yoga practice might be based on the mat, or in a chair. We also use foam rollers and stability balls on occasion to get the most out of our postures, or to add a challenge if appropriate. Private or Duet Yoga practices can be scheduled at True Pilates and Physiotherapy or in your home. 36 Hour Cancellation Policy, please.

Outdoor classes are a fun way to add variety to your fitness routine while sharing the cost with others. Circuit-Training classes are a total body workout, using resistance tubing and body weight exercises. Classes are BYO mat (If you don’t have a mat I can bring you one) and I provide the resistance tubing. Outdoor Yoga classes are also BYO mat, and it is very relaxing to breathe and connect with nature during our practice. Classes are a (55 min) hour.
Outdoor Circuit-Training: $25.
Yoga in the Park: $25.

Having an instructor come to your house allows you to do exactly what you want to do, without having to schedule travel time into your workout. Strength training, cardio, TRX, Pilates, Yoga, or any combination of these is possible. Scheduling a workout or Yoga session during the workday, at or near your office, can send you back to work refreshed and refocused, also without having to factor travel time into your day. If you can’t work out in person, we can schedule an online session to keep you on track. Online sessions can take advantage of equipment you have a home or in a hotel gym, or we can use your body weight and gravity to develop a fun workout, incorporating Pilates and/or Yoga.
Private (55 min) Hour: $100/online, $125/in-home.
Duet (55 min) Hour: $125/online, $140/in-home.
Shared Hour (30 min each): $100/online, $140/in-home.
Friends or Family Group of 3 Hour: $175 in-home only.

Running is hard, there’s no doubt about it. Having someone analyze your running strengths and weaknesses (both physical and mental!) can help make it easier. I can help you set and achieve your running goals, whether they are to qualify for Boston, run a race for the first time, run injury-free, or simply just to start running. Making a training plan for a race, meeting for a speedwork session at the track, running with purpose on a treadmill, doing hill repeats on the roads, or performing drills to emphasize stabilization and power, can all change your outlook and performance. In addition, I can help you focus on recovery, an aspect of running that many runners neglect. Pilates and Yoga can help increase flexibility, stabilize joints and ease discomfort. All of this can be done solo or with running partners.
